Synopsis
A financial crisis in Casinario, an imaginary principality dependent on its casinos. To keep the treasury afloat, the queen calls on a banker named Banco, the richest man in the world, promising him her daughter's hand. But the banker goes off the deep end, seizes power and takes the whole population on a joyride.
