Accessibility statement

Pathé Films is committed to making its websites, intranet, extranet and business software accessible (as well as its mobile applications and digital street furniture) in accordance with Article 47 of Law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

To this end, Pathé Films is implementing the following strategy and actions :

  • Actions carried out in 2025 :
    • Compliance audit carried out by Ethic First
    • Development work to achieve partial compliance.
  • Action plan 2026-2027 :
    • Updates to the site's components to reach 70% compliance by the end of 2027.

This accessibility statement applies to international.pathefilms.com.

Compliance status

international.pathefilms.com is partially compliant with the Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité (RGAA), version 4.1.2, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Test results

The compliance audit carried out by Ethic First shows that 45.71% of the RGAA version 4.1.2 criteria are met. Following corrective actions and a follow-up audit carried out by Ethic First, the compliance rate is now 63.89%.

  • Some content is no longer understandable when style sheets are disabled ;
  • Focus is not always visible or sufficiently contrasted ;
  • Content cannot always be presented without horizontal scrolling for a viewport width of 320px ;
  • Some form fields do not have a label ;
  • In some forms, input assistance is not implemented accessibly because required fields are not clearly identified and error messages associated with fields are not announced by assistive technologies when focus is on that field ;
  • In some forms (contact, account), fields such as First name, Last name, Email, Phone, etc. lack input purpose identification to facilitate autofill ;
  • Content grouping areas present on several pages cannot all be reached or bypassed ;
  • On some pages, the skip link does not work correctly ;
  • Tab order is not always consistent when using pagination ;
  • Office documents (PDF) available for download do not have an accessible version ;
