Hugo and Gigi used to share top billing in hit plays and movies. But fifteen years have gone by and they've broken up. Hugo's solo career has continued fairly steadily, but Gigi has gone the way of memory, booze and depression. Hugo is about to make a comeback to the stage when his well-known leading lady backs out. With little range of movement, Hugo's agent decides to call Gigi.
