Synopsis
Araballa has crossed oceans and deserts to be with Captain Dubreuil, the one she loves, in a nowhere town in southern Morocco. In the same camp is one of her lovers, Sommerville. The colonel sends Sommerville in Dubreuil's stead on reconnaissance and Sommerville is killed.
