Synopsis

Cadet loves Isabelle, the mayor's daughter. But the mayor won't let his daughter wed a thespian. Cut to the quick, Cadet sets out on the road, determined to seek his fortune and earn his true love's hand. Along the way, he gets dragged into a host of sticky situations and meets people from every walk of life.
