Synopsis

Alphonse Brown, illegitimate son of James Brown, has been friends with Scotch since childhood. They live in Le Havre, making a living from seedy scams and deals until the day Alphonse gets himself arrested.
After a year in prison, he reunites with Scotch and freedom, determined to leave the troubles of the past behind him and launch a music career in his father's footsteps.
