Synopsis

A famous and happily married musician named Favier spots the musical talent of a student at the conservatoire and decides to help him with his career. They meet for lunch and, the next day, some rogue journalists have printed a story suggesting a liaison between the master and his pupil. Favier's life is thrown into turmoil when his wife, who cannot bear the thought of a scandal, commits suicide.
